Vietnamese Salad: Fruit Salad

Vietnamese Salad has foreign origin, but today it comes more popular of Vietnamese in the hot day of summer.

Salad recipe is more interesting because of colour of many kinds of fruit, vegetables and meats. When eating, you have a sensation of hot taste of peper, fresh taste of vegetable, warm taste of meat. In accordance with what kind of ingredients you use, you will have other salad.

Following, I will give you a mothod of Vietnamese salad. It is simple but very tasty. I hope that you and your family have o good with this vietnamese salad.

- 50 g each of roast beef, pork, lamb or chicken, finely shredded
- 2 onions, washed and finely chopped
- 2 carrots, finely sliced
- 1 red chili peper, finely sliced
- 2 garlics, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 3 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped
- Combine all ingredients excluding coriander in a large bowl
- Toss the ingredients well and the palace in refrigerator for about on hour
- Take a bowl from refrigerator and toss well again and lastly, add coriander.
